RAMP + Young Professionals
Rice Architecture Mentorship (RAMP) is a student-led organization under Rice Architecture Society with a mission to provide students with productive opportunities to engage the profession of architecture through mentorship. RAMP connects students with a global network of Rice Architecture alumni and other professionals through networking events, office and site visits, and externships to foster mutually beneficial relationships. RAMP also organizes a year-long Peer Mentorship program, which is aimed to introduce first-year undergraduate and graduate students to Rice Architecture.
A hands-on group, Young Professionals have the opportunity to actively participate and shape programs and events specifically put together for them. While the events offer opportunities to network and connect with others in the design fields in social settings, Young Professionals programs are intentional in exposing its members to new content and ideas that can inspire the development of those in design-oriented careers.
