Since 1986, Houston’s architecture, design, and engineering community has gathered for Rice Design Alliance’s annual Gala. This black-tie event brings together industry professionals and business and community leaders for a special evening celebrating design and its influence on the natural and built environment.

RDA is grateful to all of the generous supporters who made the event a success. Event proceeds provide funding for RDA’s programming and publications that aim to make architecture and design more accessible. Through its creative programming, publications, and community engagement efforts—including the award-winning journal Cite, celebrating its 40th anniversary this year—RDA has made significant contributions to architectural discourse in Houston and strives to make Houston a better place for all.
