Rice Design Alliance’s Civic Forum 2017, Resilience H2Ouston, is taking on the topic of Living in Flood Plains. Moderated by Eric Berger, certified meteorologist, the forum features panelists: Alisa Max, PE, General Services Division Manager, Harris County Engineering Department; David Robinson, Houston City Council At-Large Position #2; Keiji Asakura, Principal Designer, Asakura Robinson; Wesley Highfield, Associate Professor, Department of Marine Sciences, Texas A&M University at Galveston; and Ed Wolff, President, Beth Wolff Realtors.
